2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit of [amount or percentage] is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made 3 before the departure date.
• Payments can be made via UPI.

3. Prices

• All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices include [what is included, e.g., flights, accommodation, meals].
• Prices do not include [what is not included, e.g., travel insurance, personal expenses].

4. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellation by the client must be made in writing and is subject to the refund policy below.
• Changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• The travel agency reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political instability.

5. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. The travel agency is not liable for any issues arising from improper documentation.

6. Liability

The travel agency is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused during the trip. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

7. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported to the travel agency as soon as possible. Complaints will be investigated and resolved to the best of our ability.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, Maharajganj Court. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

• Cancellations made 3 days before the departure date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 2 and 3 Days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days before departure.

2. Cancellation by the Travel Agency

If the travel agency cancels the trip, clients will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip. The travel agency is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client, such as visas or vaccinations.

3. Changes by the Client

Changes to the booking may be made up to 1 days before departure, subject to availability and additional charges. No changes can be made less than 1 days before departure.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to care.ifn@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 1 days of receiving the request. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as [non-refundable items, e.g., airfare, accommodation deposits], are non-refundable. The cost of any non-refundable items will be deducted from the refund amount.
